Maintain and operate four (4) Campbell River Area Recreation Sites: 1. Campbell Lake Recreation Site (REC0159) 2. Dogwood Bay Recreation Site (REC0182) 3. Loon Bay Recreation Site (REC0160) 4. Orchard Meadow Recreation Site (REC0195) The ministry invites proposals from parties interested in maintaining and operating a bundle of 4 fee-for-service recreations sites, listed above, located on Campbell Lake forest service road in the area immediately north west of Campbell River, BC. The main objective of the project is to: . Maintain these recreation sites as public assets . Provide for a rustic recreational experience while utilizing safe, sanitary, socially acceptable, and environmentally sound practices . Maintain and operate Recreation Sites to provincial recreation site standards . Build a partnership with the successful proponent . Use an agreement to formalize the partnership . Have these recreation sites be self-sufficient with user fees covering the cost of maintenance, operation, and upgrades Proposals will be evaluated and a multi-year agreement, that may include an option to renew, will be developed with the successful proponent before the Agreement Holder begins operating and maintaining the Recreation Sites on, or after March 31, 2022, dependent on the ratification of the Partnership Agreement. Proposals must be in English and must be submitted using one of the submission methods below, and must either (1) include a copy of this cover page that is signed by an authorized representative of the Proponent or (2) otherwise identify the RFP, identify the Proponent and include the signature of an authorized representative of the Proponent that confirms the Proponent's intent to be bound, or (3) be submitted by using the e-bidding key on BC Bid (if applicable) Enquiries related to this RFP, including any requests for information or clarification may only be directed in writing to the following person who will respond if time permits before the Closing Time.
