The Rockford Park District is seeking qualified contractors to replace several windows in the downtown Webbs Norman Center building at 401 S. Main Street, 61101. The Rockford Park District reserves the unrestricted right to reject any or all bids received, to waive or not to waive any informality, or to accept the bid considered to be in the best a. interest of the Park District. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the IL Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
