Renovation of a stadium in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
As of December 23, 2021, a design-builder has been selected for this project. It is currently being bid to subcontractors. Work will start in Spring 2022, and Phase 2 of this project will be carried out in 2022 as well. Work will include replacement of desiccant unit, installation of trench drains, installation of IR heating system, relocation and replacement of domestic water heaters, water softeners service rough in, dasher board replacement, painting of refrigeration equipment room and other General Construction modifications and upgrades as called out in the drawings and specifications. Refrigeration and ice rink work is not part of this bid solicitation and will be issued separately.
