The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the bid.The county commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.The attention of bidder is directed to the special statutory provisions (ORC 4115.03 et seq.) governing the prevailing rates of wages to be paid to operators, laborers and mechanics employed and on discriminations, etc. in employment under public contracts (ORC 153.38, 153.60). The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and tools necessary to complete the waterline improvement acceptable to the County Engineer as detailed on the plans for the Muskingum County Fairgrounds, Waterline Extension, March 2022. The waterline pipe, appurtenances and hydrants will be provided by the county. Unit prices bid for these items will only include installation. Materials for backfill and pavement repair shall be provided by the bidder
