Site work for an educational facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) invites qualified general contractors to bid on a summer of 2022 outdoor pavilion construction project at Mahone Middle school. The pavilion is a 920 square foot pre-engineered structure that will be purchased by the District from Menards. Project scope of work includes, site preparation, asphalt, concrete, general construction and site restoration. This project is considered a "Turn-Key" project, which includes all of the necessary City of Kenosha permits, fees and approvals included in the contractor's bid for a complete installation of the structure. Contractors are required to visit the site located at 6900 60th Street, Kenosha, WI. Prior to submitting a bid proposal. The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality or technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal deemed to be in the best interest of KUSD. KUSD reserves the right to negotiate with any company after the bid opening has occurred.
