Renovation of an educational facility in Clemson, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 85,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.

As of July 7, 2025, this project is under construction. New Forestry and Environmental Conservation building for Clemson University on the site of the previous Endocrine Physiology building and parking lot that will be the new campus gateway for the south campus entry. The building is three floors plus mechanical and storage basement adding up to approximately 85,000 GSF. The structural frame is mass timber Glulam and CLT members with brick and metal panel exterior skin. The project is seeking Green Globes certification. Pre-Bid Conferences: August 22, 2023 Bid Documents Available: August 15, 2023 Bid Dates: Early Release Packages for Mass Timber, Sitework, Concrete, Steel, HVAC Equipment Pre-Purchase, Electrical Equipment Pre-Purchase have already been released and bid. The balance of the scopes listed below will bid in August 2023.
