The RFQ is an invitation to the Respondent to submit a Response to provide Grease Eradication Services of sumps, drains and traps at various CapitalCare sites within the Edmonton Zone, of Alberta. The Respondent shall supply and install a liquid bio enzyme to break down grease, including an automated pump system. AHS requires that the selected Respondent be able to commence the services for as early as December 1, 2022. The initial agreement term shall be for three (3) years expiring November 30, 2025. Thereafter AHS shall have the option to renew the term of the Agreement for one or more periods that do not exceed, in aggregate, a total of two (2) additional years. Any renewal shall be on the same terms and conditions as set out in the initial Agreement.
