The City of Treasure Island is looking to contract with at least one qualified general contractor capable of providing labor and materials for all trades for the repair and renovation of small- to medium-scale city facilities. The general contractor can either provide these services directly, via subcontractors disclosed as part of their bid response, or a combination of both as approved by the City prior to the commencement of any work. Bid Bond n/a No Pre-Bid Conference Available March 11, 2022 Questions Due @ 5pm April 19, 2022 Commission Award of Contract Since there is no guarantee of work associated with this solicitation, the City will not be requiring a bid bond, as is typical with construction-related bids. , Florida Statute, Payment & Performance Bonds shall be required for all Work Orders $100,000 or greater and shall be recorded in the public records of the State of Florida. Only written interpretations or answers provided via Addendum to this RFP will be binding. By submitting a response to this solicitation, each respondent acknowledges all documents including any addenda are officially made part of this solicitation and any resulting contract agreement.
