Board of County Commissioners of Delta County, Colorado is soliciting competitive sealed bid proposals from professional firms that are interested in, and capable of, providing design and engineering services for the construction of Segments II-V, of a Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail, from Bulldog Street to River Ridge Road, in Hotchkiss, CO. Bids will be presented to the Delta County Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting. The County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informality; to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
