This contract will be for construction project management and construction materials testing services. The project will include in Segment 1 the trail head and parking lot at the North Fork High School grounds, pedestrian trail, signage, and fencing. Segment 2 will include realignment of River Ridge Road, pedestrian trail, utilities installation in coordination with the Town of Hotchkiss, fencing, and associated work. This Request for Quotes provides the specifications and requirements for prospective applicants to provide qualifications for construction project management and materials testing services for the project. This project is funded through a Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Multi-Modal grant, and must meet all requirements of CDOT. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements Award Requirements - All or None Award Delta County reserves the right to reject all offers and individual offers for failing to meet any requirement.
