Install one 12-strand/count (minimum) single-mode fiber optic cable between the Livestock Office and Heritage Hall. a. The approximate straight-line or line-of-sight distance between the buildings is 550'. 2. Install one 12-strand/count (minimum) single-mode fiber optic cable between the Livestock Office and the Maloney House. a. The approximate straight-line or line-of-sight distance between the buildings is 850'. 3. Propose cable paths utilizing existing utility and light poles, below-grade horizontal bores and/or trenches, and conduit. Include the cost of any boring or trenching in the proposal. 4. Both of the above fiber cables to be outdoor, weather and ultraviolet light resistant, and/or direct-burial rated. 5. Provide and terminate each end of both cables in an indoor rated, wall-mounted fiber optic enclosure with LC fiber connectors. a. Livestock Office: inside SE corner of the building. b. Heritage Hall: inside NW corner of the building. c. Maloney House: inside mechanical room midway along the west side of the main house. 6. Specify the type, make/model, quantity and price of all proposed products. This project can begin as soon as a qualifying proposal is accepted and should be complete by July 15, 2024.
