project was awarded to Antonio Mora who is just a private contractor with bid amount of $1,000. *Bid date extended to September 10, 2025 04:00 PM Town of Hotchkiss, Colorado will accept proposals from qualified and experienced companies to furnish all labor, materials equipment, and incidentals for the repair of drywall in the Senior Center due to water damage. Proposers may submit sealed Proposals clearly marked with Senior Center Drywall repair and the name, address and phone number of the proposer. The failure or omission of any Proposer to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Proposer from any obligation in respect to its proposal. Bonding and Insurance are required for any and all proposals in the amount of 1 million per occurrence/2 million aggregate limit. All Contractors must already be bonded and or have the ability to bond for the total amount of the bid. The Town of Hotchkiss reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful Proposer, or to accept the proposal for the contract which in its judgment best serves the interest of the Town of Hotchkiss, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional proposals.
