Site work and renovation of a library in Richmond, Vermont. Working plans call for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.
**As of June 21, 2022, no bids were received for this project.** The Town of Richmond ("Owner") is seeking proposals from historical preservation contractors for exterior repair and rehabilitation work on their library building. Recently the Town was awarded a Vermont Historic Preservation Grant to help defray the costs to repair the slate, flashings and wood trim of the spire and belltower. Questions regarding interpretation of the content of this RFP must be emailed to Jay Labare at jlabare@apexconsulting-llc.com by 4:00 PM local time March 22, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and cancel at any time for any reason this RFP, any portion of this RFP or any portion of the Project. The Owner shall have no liability to any firm arising out of such cancellation or rejection. The Owner reserves the right to waive minor variations in the selection process.
