Work to Be Performed Under This Project Includes Cold Planing, Existing Concrete Subsurface Slab Removal, Subbase, Base Courses and Wearing Course of Pavement, Correcting Superelevation Deficiencies, New Pavement Markings, Guardrail, Drainage Improvements, Culvert Replacements, Signs, Including Signing at Railroad Crossings, Traffic Signal Improvments at the River Road, Richmond Pandr, and River Road Intersections, and Other Highway Related Items.
