Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and materials for site revitalization as detailed in the tender drawings and specifications. Selective demolition and removals of exterior hard and soft landscape areas around the Pension Centre Building, including tree protection and removals .2 New concrete and unit paver surfaces. .3 New tree, shrub and groundcover planting (perennials, grasses, and seeded meadow areas) .4 Custom site furnishings and signage. .5 Prefabricated maintenance shed .6 Custom wood and steel pergola and cantilevered sliding gate .7 Landscape lighting and associated electrical infrastructure .8 Landscaped parking lot islands and pedestrian walkway Documents may be obtained through the GETS service provider on the Government of Canada Web site at: http://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: greater than $1,000,001 - $5,000,000 (HST excluded).
