Site work for a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and theater / auditorium.
This project consists of infrastructure for new marquee units at the Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium BoPlex site. The new marquees will provide updated and more efficient communications needed to support the event schedule at the BoPlex facilities. There will be a total of three (3) marquees provided by the Owner; one large marquee located along Independence Blvd and two (2) smaller marquees at the entrance of Ovens Auditorium and at the entrance of the pedestrian bridge at the upper parking lot. Work of this contract will be the install civil, structural, and electrical components to support the new marquee units including but not limited to permitting, demolition, repair, landscaping, conduits, wiring, sidewalks, concrete foundations and reinforcing steel. All requests must be submitted no later than seven (7) full calendar days, as stated herein or as amended by addendum, prior to the day that bids are due.
