By attending the public bid opening, the attendee is acknowledging their full compliance with the Proclamations. The project is for the improvements to the area around the existing drainage outfall within the Kalihi Stream in the vicinity of 3049 and 3043 Numana Road in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes demolition and removal of the existing broken CRM headwall, concrete slab, rocks, abandoned above-ground sewer line, and miscellaneous items as well as clearing and grubbing the slope, cutting the existing trees, slope scaling, and restoration of construction site and easement areas altered or damaged by construction activities. The proposed improvements shall include, but are not limited to, construction and installation of shotcrete lining with a drainage system.
