Job No. F70C616F Sand Island State Recreation Area Phase 1 Resource Protection Improvements objective is to remove debris that remain from past military and other government agency use from the beach and near-shore area to provide a cleaner and safer recreational site for park and beach uses. The scope of work involves conducting an assessment of the location and amount of debris, developing a work plan for the removal of the debris, and executing the work plan. General Comments 1. The Request for Proposal document, General Interim Conditions, and Historical Documents for Attachment 5 are attached as PDF files. 2. Contract start date and contract end date are only estimates and will vary depending on Notice to Proceed, and permitting and construction duration. 3.
