**As of May 20, 2022, The Project was has been awarded to Northwest Asphalt Inc. for $550,000 base bid plus alternates** Bids shall be upon form provided in the Bidding Documents. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked 2022 Pavement Rehabilitation - Bid Package 1, with the name and address of the bidder, and the date and hour of the opening. Bids shall be delivered to: Cindy Windsor, Purchasing Manager Wayzata Public Schools Independent School District 284 295 Highway 55 Medina, MN 55340 The complete form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
