The Work consists of furnishing labor, plant, materials, and equipment, and performing work necessary to provide a complete and functional installation as described below: (1) Base Bid: Work generally includes site work and building construction of a 572 SF, single-story steel-framed structure with insulated metal wall and standing seam roof sandwich panels for storage of transportable equipment. Work includes mechanical, electrical, communications infrastructure, and fire alarm systems to support the building. (2) Bid Option (OLI 1): Work includes provision and installation of communications wiring and appurtenances. (3) Bid Option (OLI 2): This option would provide building energy management controls for two split air conditioning units and heating and 2 split AC units.
