The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 3% of the amount of the tender. When the tender is transmitted on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, irrevocable letter of guarantee, certified cheque, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee of the Instructions to Bidders.
