Please provide a quote for the following scope of work: 1. Provide and install (1) Copeland Remanufactured 8-cylinder compressor to replace existing burnt out compressor. 2. Provide and install (2) new electric unloader stems. 3. Provide and install (2) new electric unloader solenoids. 4. Provide and install all needed POE oil for conversion. 5. Remove and dispose of all contaminated R-22 refrigerant. 6. Provide all needed R-407c for conversion. 7. Provide and install all new valve cores, seals, and O-rings throughout the system during conversion. 8. Tune all thermostatic expansion valves, pressure switches and controls to match operating conditions of new refrigerant. 9. Provide and install insulating materials as required. 10.Cut condenser loose from chiller and flush each side separately until contaminants are out of system. 11. Provide acid treatment for new compressor. 12. Replace existing liquid line filter drier elements with high acid elements. 13. Add isolation ball valves on each side of liquid line drier to remove elements if necessary after replacement. 14. Install new suction line core drier with isolation ball valves for easy removal. 15. Provide (1) acid test (1) hour after new compressor has ran, if deemed necessary change filter driers. 16. Provide (1) site visit 24 hours after completion of job to change suction and liquid filter driers. 17. Provide (1) site visit (1) week after completion to remove cores out of suction drier. 18. Replace existing compressor contactors with manufactures recommended contactors rated for new compressor.
