The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, cleaning supplies and incidentals as required to satisfactorily perform janitorial services for the Verona Office located at 190 Laurel Hill Road, Verona, VA 24482 in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this solicitation The Contractor shall provide a level of cleaning that is at least equal to standards provided by the Building Service Contractor's Association (BSCA) for "Prestige and Above Average" cleaning. In the event of conflicts of these specifications, the most stringent requirement shall apply. a. PRESTIGE: A cleaning standard that will provide unsolicited comments from employees or visitors and will make the cleaning complaint a rarity. This level of cleaning is required for all corridors, lobbies, offices, and restrooms. b. ABOVE AVERAGE: A cleaning standard that will provide compliments but not attract serious criticism. This level of cleaning is required for offices and common areas not specifically listed as prestige service. VDOT Verona Office, approximately 5147 square feet. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award. The contract period will be from April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 with the opportunity for four (4) optional, consecutive one-year renewal terms
