The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for the Colorado River Improvements at Kemp Breeze SWA. Construction activities include, but are not limited to: the installation of fill material to narrow the channel, the installation of large wood structures, channel and bank grading, and vegetation. Project Address: Kemp Breeze SWA 447 CO RD. 3 Parshall, CO, 80468 Grand County Project Coordinates: Latitude: 40 2' 59" N Longitude: 106 10' 31" W Contractor Questions: All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Kyle Hardie at kyle.hardie@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is March 24, 2022 at 15:00. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. Bidders may not automatically be notified of the existence of a modification or addendum. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the VSS website periodically to see if any modifications have been issued. Failure to retrieve such modifications and include their provisions in your bid response may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive.
