As of July 22 the project was awarded to L4 Construction for $1,276,084.50. The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for the Colorado River Improvements at Kemp Breeze SWA - Phase 1. Construction activities include, but are not limited to: the installation of fill material to narrow the channel, the installation of large wood structures, channel and bank grading, and vegetation. A five-percent (5%) Bid Bond, certified check, or cashiers check is required with bid proposals of $50,000.00 or more. The deadline for questions is May 27, 2022 at 12:00. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed.
