Renovation of a water / sewer project in Grand Lake, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers for the cooler replacement at the Farr Pump Plant in Granby, CO. Question Acceptance Deadline:03/28/2022 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online :Yes Project Description: Northern Water is seeking a qualified Supplier to propose building three (3) Coolers (heat exchangers). -See scope of services for specifics. Scope of Services: The proposal will include the build out of three (3) radiators to meet the specifications of original equipment. Northern Water staff will be responsible for removal of the cooler units and installation. Once selected the contractor will be responsible for shipment of the original equipment from Farr Pump Plant to contractors' facility. The contractor will have one (1) week to take measurements of original equipment so that they can get dimensions of original equipment. Contractor will be responsible for shipment of equipment from Farr Pump Plant to the Contractor facility and back to Farr Pump Plant. Performance and Payment bond may be required depending on proposals received.
