This project is to remove and replace all specified heating system components for electric in-wall heaters of various sizes and removal, replacement or repair of specified electric baseboard heaters, furnaces, and furnace components, and cleaning air ducts to all specified furnaces. The optional work items for the project is to install bathroom ventilation fans, installation of dryer exhaust bent hoods, and removal and replacement of dryer exhaust ducts. PROJECT LOCATION The buildings to receive contracting work reside within Shadow Mountain Village located at 34 GCR 66 Grand Lake, CO 80446 (Grand County). C.3 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Between $25,000 and $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Base Bid A The purpose of the work in Base Bid A is to remove and replace of all specified electric in-wall heaters and related components including programmable thermostats in the following houses at Shadow Mountain Village: - 101 - 102 - 103 - 104 - 105 - 117 See the attached map for specific house locations. The sizes of the in-wall heaters vary, so the contractor will need to confirm the heater size for each replacement before starting work. All materials, quantities, and components must be confirmed by the CO. Base Bid B The purpose of the work in Base Bid B is to remove and replace various heating components, and clean air ducts. This includes removing and replacing one TPI electric baseboard heater, and removing and replacing Two York furnace with a Lennox EL196UH070XE36B (or approved equal), series single stage, 96% efficient furnace with variable speed constant torque blower or approved equal in house 110 and 114. It also includes repairing or replacing the inducer, and pressure switch on a furnace (Serial No. 5909H04088) and installing a condensate neutralizer.
