Charlotte Water, a department of the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, is now accepting Proposals for McDowell Creek WWTP Digester Cleanout and Inspection Services. The requirements for submitting a Proposal are stated in the attached Request for Proposals (the "RFP"). Please review them carefully. Each Company is solely responsible for the timely delivery of their Proposal. Companies accept all risks of late delivery regardless of fault. In addition, Companies accept all risks if file is corrupted, incorrect, incomplete, or not attached. Any Proposal received after the date and time specified, regardless of the mode of delivery, shall not be considered. The Procurement Officer will confirm receipt of Proposals to all Companies via email within 24 hours of the Proposal deadline. RFP questions must be directed to Adrianne.lewis@charlottenc.gov , Procurement Division, per the enclosed instructions in Section 2.2. The City is an equal opportunity purchaser.
