Notify Owner 48 hours in advance of work requiring interruption to building services or Owners operations. Perform work with workmen skilled in the trades involved. Cutting: Use cutting tools, not chopping tools. Make neat holes. Minimize damage to adjacent work. Check for concealed utilities and structure before cutting. Patching: Make patches, seams, and joints durable and inconspicuous. Comply with tolerances for new work. Clean work area and areas affected by cutting and patching operations daily or at regular intervals during the work week, or as directed by the Architect or Owner.
