Solicitation Number 36C25222Q0857, 676-21-4-6940-0025 Project 676-21-704 EHRM Install NextGen WIFI at the Tomah VA Hospital, Tomah WI 54460. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract, in accordance with specifications & drawings to complete Project 676-21-704 (EHRM CON) Install NextGen Wifi at the Tomah VA Hospital, Tomah, WI 54460. All Work shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Project Magnitude Range: $45,000 to $100,000.00. NAICS Code is 238210 Electrical Contractors / SBA Size Standard: $26.5M This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Firms (SB). In accordance with VAAR 819.7003, at the time of submission of bid and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that it is a - (1) SB eligible under subpart VAAR 819.7003(b); (2) Small business concern under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the acquisition; and Submit all question regarding the solicitation, specifications, and/or drawings in writing to the Primary POC: Primary Point of Contact (POC): Amy.Burger@va.gov (Contracting Officer), no later than 4:00 PM Central Standard Time on September 15, 2022.
