Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Adaptive reuse of the existing Whirlpool Pavilion to accommodate four season use, including new folding glass wall system, restroom reconfiguration, insulation, new finishes and associated site work Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 20% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% The completion date for this project is 360 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). D005938 - $500.00/day The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. All Requests for 5:00PM on March 14, 2022 Information (RFIs) are due by5.00 PM on march 14, 2022
