The City of Niagara Falls, New York ("the City") is requesting sealed submissions from vendors for the clearing and cutting of lots The City currently has approximately five hundred fifty (550) lots/parcels which may require clearing and/or cutting. The exact number is subject to change based upon the City acquiring and divesting itself of property. Of those, approximately eighty (80) are one-, two- and three- family residences and approximately four hundred twenty five (425) are vacant lots of varying sizes. The remaining parcels are an assortment of other commercial, recreational and municipal uses. The term of this contract/agreement shall be for one year from date of award. If mutually agreeable, this bid may be extended annually for up to two (2) additional years under the same terms, conditions and specifications. Extensions will also be subject to availability of funds and City Council approval. All pricing must remain firm for the entire aforementioned term and any extensions thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, and waive any informality. The City reserves the right to accept any submission hereunder by items, or as a whole, or to reject any or all items or to waive any informalities in a submission. In case of error in the extension of prices in a submission, the unit price will govern.
