Site work for a civil project in Bellevue, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Bellevue Transportation Department (City) solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in civil, drainage, geotechnical, structural, and environmental engineering. Consultants will be considered for the 148th Ave SE at Larsen Lake Flood Mitigation project. Project Description The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of conducting site assessments, performing the hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, geotechnical and structural analyses, and developing the conceptual design plans and estimates for the preferred alternative. The initial Professional Services Agreement covers engineering studies, and development of the conceptual design and estimate, for approximately one year in duration with the option for the City to extend it for additional time and budget if necessary. See Attachment "A" available on the Shared Procurement Portal for more detailed Scope of Work information. All design work, deliverables and plans submitted to the City shall adhere to all guidelines and requirements outlined in the City of Bellevue Design Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) Submittal Requirements. The successful firm must comply with the City of Bellevue equal opportunity requirements. King County - Order Pursuant to Proclamation of Emergency This project is funded by King County Flood Control Zone District and shall comply with the following provision: If the consultants, sub-consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors will either (a) have in-person contact with the King County Water and Land Resources Division (WLRD) personnel during performance of the project, or (b) enter King County property or facilities during performance of the project, or both, such consultants, sub-consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors who will have in-person contact with WLRD personnel or who enter King County property or facilities shall be fully vaccinated against COVID- 19 consistent with King County Executive Order ACO-8-28-EO. Each individual who meets conditions (a) or (b) outlined above shall provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 to the City by providing one of the following: - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or photo of the card;- Documentation of vaccination from a health care provider or electronic health record; - State immunization information system record; or - For an individual who was vaccinated outside of the United States, a reasonable equivalent of any of the above. A worker is considered not fully vaccinated until 14 days after the last shot required in any vaccination series and the worker must have received any vaccinations as may be recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
