Mccorkle Creek Pump Station Generator and ATS Equipment Procurement The Lexington Flood Control Zone District of Cowlitz County, Washington (BUYER) intends to purchase two complete standby generator and automatic transfer switch equipment packages as specified in the Contract Documents. Installation of the equipment will be part of a general construction contract and will be bid separately. The Contracting Agency accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addenda and thereby submit inadequate or incomplete responses. The Lexington Flood Control Zone District (Contracting Agency) will not provide paper copies of the Project bid documents for this project for bidding purposes. All bid proposals must be submitted on the regular bid form furnished within the specifications, and each must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bonds for the faithful performance of the work, as prescribed in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof. The Lexington Flood Control Zone District of Cowlitz County Washington reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities, or to accept the Bid which appears to serve the best interests of the Lexington Flood Control Zone District of Cowlitz County Washington. A contract will be awarded, or all bids will be rejected, within 60 days of the bid opening.
