Performance guarantees and obligations The BIDDER must attach to its Bid a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the obligations of the CONTRACTOR for wages, materials and services in accordance with the requirements provided for in the part 4.00 of the Contract.
