Site work for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Contract comprises the improvements at the Jacksonville Beach PCP located at 910 10th Street South, as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction, demolition and abandonment efforts. The general summary of work is as listed below. Demolition and abandonment of a portion of the existing Digester Tanks air supply piping system, demolition of the existing Digester Tanks stairs, demolition of the Digester #1 Mixer/Aerator, demolition of portion of the existing sidewalk, demolition and abandonment of other associated ancillary equipment and piping. Provide and install new elevated 316 stainless steel air supply piping system from the Digester Blower Building to the three Digester Tanks including associated pipe support and anchoring systems, relocation of existing valves and installation of new valves, tie-ins to existing piping, associated electrical modifications, startup testing and evaluation of existing Digester Blowers by qualified manufacturer's representative, and restoration of Digester Blower Building walls; Provide and install new heavy duty commercial grade anodized aluminum stairs with multiple landings for Digester Tanks access including all necessary foundations; Provide and install new motorized 316 stainless steel davit crane on top of new Digester Tanks stairs including all anchoring and support systems and associated electrical modifications; Provide and install new 50 Hp Mixer/Aerator in Digester #1 including all necessary anchoring and support systems and associated electrical modifications; Prepare, patch and recoat the interior and exterior of Digester Tanks #1 and #2; Install two (2) 24-inch Insta Valves with box and cover and concrete collars on influent piping to SBR basins; Site restoration including new concrete sidewalk, sod, and restoration of any structures, equipment, systems, or areas of the site disturbed by construction to its preconstruction condition.
