Site work for a water / sewer project in Bryan, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Interested bidders/contractors must obtain official complete sets of bidding documents, including plans and specifications for the project will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at Bryan Municipal Utilities, 841 East Edgerton Street, Bryan, OH This project includes the installation of approximately 748 feet of new 12 inch and approximately 1577 feet of new 8 inch water main. Bids must be submitted on the forms bound in the Bidding Document; must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, must include a notarized non-collusion clause, and must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either. Any letter of credit is revocable only at the option of the City. All bid guaranties shall be payable to the City of Bryan for the benefit of the City of Bryan. All bonds shall be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio as a surety ad shall be approved by the City Clerk-Treasurer. All certified checks, cashier's checks, or letters of credit shall be made payable to the City of Bryan. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening thereof. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of Bryan, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive any irregularities in the bidding.
