the 34.5kV-69kV CONVERSION PROJECT-MATERIALS ONLY for the Bryan Municipal Utilities. The scope of the Project is to purchase materials to replace approximately 2,700 feet of overhead 34.5kV transmission line with 69kV overhead transmission line, from the Power Plant to East Edgerton Street. Complete sets of bidding documents, including specifications for the project will be available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Bryan Municipal Utilities Engineering Department, 841 East Edgerton Street, Bryan, OH. Bids must be submitted on the forms bound in the Bidding Document; must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, must include a notarized non-collusion clause, and must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code 153.54 payable to the City of Bryan, Ohio, in the form of either. All bid guaranties shall be payable to the City of Bryan for the benefit of the City of Bryan. All bonds shall be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio as a surety and shall be approved by the City Clerk-Treasurer. All certified checks, cashier's checks, or letters of credit shall be made payable to the City of Bryan. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for receiving bids. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of Bryan, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding.
