Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award for the above noted commodity, product and/or service. A sealed bid will be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above commodity/product and/or service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice.The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 23850, titled Lead Lined Door Replacement and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Remove and dispose of existing doors, Supply and install new steel lead lined doors. Vendor will be responsible for measurements of doors for proper fit, new doors prime coated, seamless edges, closed top and bottom. The doors must be fully operational upon completion of job. Certificate/documentation must be provided stating lead lined doors, 1/16'' thickness. Doors must have 90-minute fire.Questions received after March 22, 2022 will not be answered.RFI answers to be provided to all interested bidders in attendance at the site visit and uploaded to this advertisement by March 25, 2022 or as soon thereafter as possible.
