Site work for a water / sewer project in Newman Lake, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to assist Spokane County for professional services to perform a surface alum application at Newman Lake. This application shall be subject to all requirements for phosphorus sequestration products as outlined by the Washington State Department of Ecology. THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. SUBMITTALS should follow the format outlined in the request for bid document Electronically. QUESTIONS regarding the bid process shall be submitted Electronically. Spokane County Purchasing will respond to questions Electronically, thus providing all questions and answers to all prospective bidders. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
