Newman Lake Flood Aquatic Herbicide Application & Diver Milfoil Weed Removal Services The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to assist Spokane County for professional services to perform aquatic herbicide application and diver milfoil weed removal services at Newman Lake. This application shall be subject to all requirements for liquid and/or granular herbicide products as outlined by the Washington State Department of Ecology. THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. SUBMITTALS should follow the format outlined in the request for bid document on portal , QUESTIONS regarding the bid process shall be submitted via portal Spokane County Purchasing will respond to questions thus providing all questions and answers to all prospective bidders.
