The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting proposals for janitorial services for the Kent County Courthouse located at 180 Ottawa Avenue NW, Grand Rapids MI 49503. The initial contract terms shall be for a three (3) year period. The County reserves the right to renew the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms at the prices contained herein and upon mutual agreement of both parties and approval of the Purchasing Manager. This contract begins on June 1, 2022 following successful completion of security check. It is the intent of the County to select proposal finalist for interviews between March 28 - Apr 1.
