Renovation of a residential development in Pembroke, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Renfrew County Housing Corporation is requesting proposals for the supply and install of new high-efficiency furnaces for 29 units located at 204 - 242 Cecil Street in Pembroke, Ontario. Work is to include but not limited to all labour, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, disposal and incidentals required to completed this project. Companies that wish to submit a proposal for this contract must register with the Department in order to receive the project documents and to be eligible to submit a proposal. Proposals submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted. Electronic PDF files of the drawings, specifications and proposal form are available for registered bidders. Electronic submission of proposal forms will also be accepted. Hard copy Specifications and Proposal forms may be obtained from the Department by request. Please provide 48 hours' notice for obtaining hard copies.
