Renovation of a municipal facility in Pembroke, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Renfrew is requesting proposals for repairs to the exterior building envelope located at 9 International Drive in Pembroke, Ontario. Work is to include but not limited to all labour, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, disposal and incidentals required to completed this project. Companies that wish to submit a proposal for this contract must register with the Department in order to receive the project documents and to be eligible to submit a proposal. Proposals submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted. Electronic PDF files of the drawings, specifications and proposal form are available for registered bidders. Electronic submission of proposal forms will also be accepted. Hard copy Specifications and Proposal forms may be obtained from the Department by request. Please provide 48 hours' notice for obtaining hard copies.
