Renovation of a municipal facility in Milford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Board of Supervisors of Milford Township, Bucks County, PA will receive sealed proposals for the replacement of the first floor HVAC system. Equipment includes a 7.5 to 10 ton electric air handler with a 20 kw 3 phase 7.5 ton electric heat pump, new zoning panel and dampers, and an Energy Recovery Ventilation system. A non-collusion affidavit must accompany the bid pro posal. A 10% Bid Bond or certified check made payable to Milford Township along with a 100% Payment & 100% Performance Bond, and a certificate of insurance must be provided by successful bidders. Successful bidder must supply Worker s Compensation: $500,000 Liability and $1,000,000 Umbrella coverage. Any and all bonds are required. A 50% performance bond must be supplied by the successful bidder. Successful bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Milford Township reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids and to reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the Township.
