Renovation of an educational facility in Milford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project has the following prime construction contract: Mechanical Construction The project consists of replacing the existing cooling tower and supporting electrical connections. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to ten percent of the total price submitted inclusive of add alternates. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form. The Bidder is responsible to obtain a complete set of Bidding/Contract Documents and verify that they have received all addenda issued. If the Bidder obtains Bidding/Contract Documents from any source other than BDA, the Architect/ Owner will not be held responsible for incomplete or missing documents. All requests for Bid Documents shall include the following information: 1. Email address for Bidding/ Contract Document and addenda purposes. The Work consists of the following: 1. Concrete pad expansion. 2. New fencing. 3. Mechanical cooling tower removal and replacement. 4. Electrical disconnection and connection in support of the mechanical equipment replacement.
