The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. As part of this call for tenders, tenders may be submitted on paper (Municipality office at 219 rue Commerciale, Saint-Henri G0R 3E0) or electronically. Electronic tenders can only be submitted through the Government Electronic Tendering System (SEAO). Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the website. Fees are set according to the rates established by the organization. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
