A timeline for award has not yet been established.** SECURITY CAMERA INSTALLATION VARIOUS SITES, PHASE 1 Bollinger Canyon Elementary School, 2300 Talavera Drive, San Ramon 94583 Dougherty Valley High School, 10550 Albion Road, San Ramon 94582 Gale Ranch Middle School, 6400 Main Branch Road, San Ramon 94582 Greenbrook Elementary School, 1475 Harlan Drive, Danville 94526 John Baldwin Elementary School, 741 Brookside Drive, Danville 94526 Pine Valley Middle School, 3000 Pine Valley Road, San Ramon 94583 The Project includes installation of conduit pathway for security cameras at Bollinger Canyon ES, Dougherty Valley HS, Gale Ranch MS, Greenbrook ES, John Baldwin ES and Pine Valley MS. Cameras and mounts will be provided by the District and installation by contractor. Each bid must conform and be responsive to this notice and all other documents comprising the contract documents. All interested parties may obtain additional information by contacting Renee Kanalakis at rkanala@srvusd.net. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned with the bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of bids. The successful bidder must file a Payment Bond issued by an admitted Surety authorized to conduct business in the State of California approved by the District. A Performance Bond will also be required. This Project is a public works project and is subject to the payment of prevailing wages. The Director of Industrial Relations has determined the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract that will be awarded to the successful bidder If awarded the Contract, at all times during performance of the work, the Bidder and all Subcontractors of any tier shall be DIR Registered Contractors and continue to comply with all DIR requirements. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the California Business and Professions Code at the time the bid is submitted. Each bidder shall have a Class "B, C7 or C10" license and shall maintain that license in good standing through the contract completion and all applicable warranty periods. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding process There will be no walk-thru of John Baldwin ES and Bollinger Canyon ES as they have similar layout with Greenbrook ES. for the purpose of acquainting all prospective bidders with the bid documents and the work site
