As of June 8, 2022, project was awarded to Eagle Ridge Construction & Roofing, awarded amount is $281,860.01. Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for roof replacement of the membrane roofing system over the auto bay, the rear portion of the standing seam metal roof over the main building, and the replacement of built-up roofing with membrane roofing on the lower rear walkway roof. Scope to include new mechanical unit support and conduit supports. Mechanical equipment shall be removed to accommodate work and reinstalled. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation and other Contract requirements will be presented. Prime Contractors are encouraged to have their Key Administrator and DVBE office coordinator attend to receive this information and to have their questions answered.The term of this project is 120 calendar days.Bid Security shall be a minimum of ten percent (10%) of the bid.
