As of April 11, 2024, per owner, the solicitation began shortly after Stafford Schools' posted their Notice of Intent to Award and is currently on-going. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Inquiries: All inquiries for information should be directed to the Procurement Officer above. All questions regarding the RFP must be received in writing on or before September 19, 2022, no later than 11:00 A.M. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified licensed offerors to provide professional architectural and engineering services to replace Mechanical Systems at Brooke Point High School. Qualified offerors may include a single firm of registered/qualified design professionals capable of providing the requisite services listed below or a project team consisting of multiple firms capable of the same. Stafford County Public Schools (SCPS) project will be executed in accordance with local, County, and State standards and requirements governing the design and development of public facilities. Contract award is dependent upon funding appropriation. Pre-Proposal Conference: No pre-proposal conference is scheduled. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
